General History

#7172 was the first Regera delivered to Canada. It arrived in April 2021 to OB Prestige Auto in Gatineau, Quebec. This was the second Koenigsegg delivered new to OB Prestige Auto, the first being the since-departed #7147. From Spring to mid-autumn 2022, this car was on display in the Grand Touring Automobiles Uptown showroom. Though it has not publicly listed for sale, it has been offered privately for sale by Grand Touring Automobiles from Summer 2022 until present. In February 2023, it was displayed at the Canadian International Auto Show in Toronto.

Exterior Spec

The exterior of this Regera is painted in Baby Blue and it has an Exposed Carbon Fibre centre section with diamond dust mixed into the clear coat. Further, 24K Gold Leaf striping is present on the hood and sides of the car. This car was optioned with the Ghost Package, hence the carbon aerodynamic fins on the front, sides, and rear of the car (near the wing). The car wears the Tresex AirCore Carbon wheels and the brake calipers are Baby Blue to match the exterior. 

Interior Spec

The interior of this car is Snow Leather (white) with Baby Blue stitching.

Trivia

In September 2021, this Regera participated in the “Race The Half” drag racing event at Maniwaki Airport in Messines, Quebec. The car clocked a top speed of 317km/h though the driver recounted that he actually wasn’t able to hit the top speed of the car before having to begin braking! If only the runway was longer…!
